While spending my xmas holidays at a hotel in Switzerland, I was lucky enough to enjoy their outdoor pools and saunas, which were quite relaxing. , the hotel's restaurant had some delicious traditional Swiss Christmas cookies that I absolutely loved. the location was perfect, surrounded by stunning mountain views and with easy access to some great ski slopes nearby.
The room was not clean, and the temperature control system was faulty. , the staff was not very friendly or helpful, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant.
